The Sales Director will be based in the euNetworks London office and is accountable for the achievement of sales and revenues targets for new business.
Define the sales proposition for euNetworks, and ensure its integration within the wider euNetworks corporate strategy
Set objectives for, motivate and manage the performance of a team of Account Directors/Managers in UK
Manage the day to day people management issues of your direct reports
Ensure the commercial and competence of your direct reports, including the identification of training needs
In conjunction with others in the Sales organisation, engage with customers to define customer’s requirements
Develop integrated solutions to meet customer requirements, and wherever possible promote the euNetworks brand proposition, network capabilities and current target products.
Where appropriate, develop innovate solutions that extend the sale and are suitable for development of new product lines
Manage the interfaces between your team and other parts of the Sales, Sales Engineering and overall organisation
Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction for all customers. Resolve any customer issues arising
Ensure that all sales activity is processed through Salesforce.com. Be accountable for the integrity of data entered into Salesforce.com by self and by direct reports. Be accountable for the accuracy of all related Salesforce.com reports, dashboards and other outputs.

Ensuring the euNetworks values are understood, shared, respected and promoted within your team and across teams
Develop team Spirit, sharing Best practices and people development, together with others Sales Directors, as well as with others euNetworks managers and team leaders, from various functions.
Track record of sales achievement in the telecommunications sector
10+ year’s relevant sales experience in the telecommunications sector, including Account Director and an essential requirement of a successful track record in Sales Management with a team located in multiple European locations
“Best in Class” knowledge of European infrastructure networks based services market
Strong Customer Management skills
Effective people management skills, and experience in leading a dispersed team across several country locations
