  • Overview

    Our company is expanding rapidly and we have a vacancy for a Sales Associate who is actively supporting the sales team in order to help (over-)achieving their targets. Key responsibilities are Co-ordination of tasks and processes, Sales campaign support,  co-ordination with Finance, tracking orders through the order process, taking care about customer reporting requests, co-ordination of customer meetings and calls in our CRM System Salesforce.com. This vacancy offers the great chance for stepping up in a direct sales role on a later stage.

    The position reports to Sales Director New Business Sales Germany & Switzerland.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Account Managers on regular administrative tasks such as meeting follow ups, action trackers and background information research
    • Co-ordination of appointments for the Account Managers in working with an external marketing agency
    • Internal co-ordination within departments and tracking of the order process
    • Research information on new target prospects together with the Market management and working on Network coverage and aquisition maps
    • Take ownership of your customer's issues or needs to ensure that all aspects are resolved
    • Updating the Salesforce CRM System (Meetings, calls, contacts)
    • Assisting Account Managers on customer visits
    • Assisting the Sales Management

    Qualifications

    • Have a commercial education or a Bachelor’s degree – Ideally but not a must in the IT or Telecoms market
    • Good written and verbal English, French language skills is a plus.
    • Fluent German, written and orally
    • Be “sales aware”
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good Excel and Power Point skills
    • An ability to work to deadlines
    • An ability to work independently and as a team
    • Good administrative skills
    • Quick to learn Expertise with Salesforce.com is a benefit but not a must
