  • Overview

    The Sales Hunter will be based in Frankfurt. The position carries a target based on winning new clients through prospecting.

     

    Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership A demonstrated ability to succeed in an autonomous environment is key to this role. Help to build market presence and awareness.

    Responsibilities

    • complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business
    • Identify potential clients in target markets via cold calling, social media, relevant market events and more
    • Develop relationships with prospective clients
    • Partner with the sales team to create contract-winning proposals for prospective clients
    • Apply knowledge of customers, industry and services to achieve revenue objectives
    • Track, analyse and report on sales performance and activities in EuNetworks CRM tool and other reporting tools.
    • Develop accurate and timely forecast of sales opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting of sales and forecasts.
    • Collaboratively work as a part of a team while concurrently performing as an individual with minimal supervision.
    • Customer engagement and partner development

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 2+ years’ experience solution selling into large Accounts at C Level, ideally in the IT or Telecoms market
    • Understanding of Carrier Network architecture is a plus
    • Self-starter and hunger for success
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
    • Speak and write German & English fluently
    • Exceptional customer service and relationship building / maintaining skills
    • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose fibre based solutions for clients
    • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
    • A willingness and ability to travel internationally on a fairly regular basis.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
