You will be working with a high performing IT Development team, working closely with developers and process owners in the business to ensure that changes being made are working as expected. While experience of Salesforce is an advantage, this is not essential. An ability to learn quickly and produce and execute clear testing scenarios is essential. In a support capacity, you should be able to quickly assess issues which are raised, both in light of enabling the user to proceed, and to propose long term fixes which can prevent re-occurrence of problems.
