  • Overview

    You will be working with a high performing IT Development team, working closely with developers and process owners in the business to ensure that changes being made are working as expected. While experience of Salesforce is an advantage, this is not essential. An ability to learn quickly and produce and execute clear testing scenarios is essential.   In a support capacity, you should be able to quickly assess issues which are raised, both in light of enabling the user to proceed, and to propose long term fixes which can prevent re-occurrence of problems.

     

    Our aim as a company is to be able to scale the business with state of the art processes and systems, you will be a key enabler to achieve this goal.

    Responsibilities

    Include, but not limited to:

    • Support of the business in testing the system in line with their requirements and business processes
    • Creation and maintenance of automated testing scripts using Selinium
    • Creation and maintenance of user testing scripts and assist with system documentation in relation to new developments
    • Complete bulk imports of data and data fixes using scripts
    • Address business issues in a timely and appropriate manner
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in support of the business process where required
    • Support of Salesforce integration with other business applications

    Qualifications

    • Degree level education preferred
    • Salesforce experience an advantage
    • Self-motivated and able to plan and manage tasks
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to drive tasks to completion and prioritise work effectively
