  • Overview

    You will be working across the euNetworks’ group of companies, acting as the interface between IT Development and the users and managers within the business. You should be able to balance an understanding of both areas in order to assess business needs against the CRM system capabilities. The application is business critical and a key enabler for our business to succeed and enable us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors in the market.

    Our aim as a company is to be able to scale the business with state-of-the-art processes and systems; you will be a key enabler to achieve this goal.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure consultation and impact analysis with affected business process owners in relation to system change requests
    • Propose and help define fixes to resolve business problems utilising Salesforce as our CRM
    • Create development requirement documents with consultation with the business users and technical experts
    • Conduct demonstrations to groups of business users via videoconference, in small groups and one to one
    • Work with the developers to ensure development is done in the best possible user context including assisting with defining test scenarios
    • Creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports where required
    • Prepare and update documentation of business and system processes
    • Project work
    • Manage stakeholder relations across multiple sites and countries

    Qualifications

     

    • Degree level education preferred
    • Experience with working with teams and problem solving
    • Knowledge of Salesforce would be a bonus
