    We own and operate 14 dense fibre based metropolitan city networks. These are connected with an intercity backbone covering 49 cities in 15 countries. Our metro networks are in London, Manchester, Dublin, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Paris, Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Munich, Hamburg and Berlin.

    euNetworks leads the market in data centre connectivity, directly connecting over 350+ in Europe today, with further data centres indirectly connected. We are also a leading cloud connectivity provider, connecting 14 cloud platforms; and have a growing presence in the developing macro-cell and small-cell market for fibre connectivity. Our product set of Fibre, Wavelengths and Ethernet is bundled to deliver bandwidth solutions for our customers, from euTrade to Cloud Connect, DC Connect and euSpectrum.


    The Account Manager will be at the euNetworks’ Amsterdam office, dealing with customers and prospects and managing these relationships over the phone and by visiting the clients at their sites. The position carries a target based on up-selling and cross-selling a suite of products and services to existing clients as well as to prospects. The role also carries a target aimed at minimizing revenue churn by actively developing relationships within the assigned account base.


    Main Responsibilities


    • Meet and exceed targets for new business and revenue churn
    • Up-sell and cross-sell the euNetworks suite of products and services to existing customers and prospects
    • Recognise, evaluate and capitalise on potential opportunities for additional business within accounts
    • Identify, qualify and quantify potential threats to accounts. Recommend and implement action plans
    • Pro-actively reach out to customers and prospects, with the aim to build relationships, sell services and prevent revenue churn
    • Take ownership of your customer's issues or needs to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion
    • Present and follow up on proposals, negotiate and close deals

    • Commercial Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of 1 year B2B telephone sales / account management experience
    • Understanding of data, internet and colocation services
    • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
    • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
    • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
    • Excellent problem solving skills
