    euNetworks leads the market in data centre connectivity, directly connecting over 350+ in Europe today, with further data centres indirectly connected. We are also a leading cloud connectivity provider, connecting 14 cloud platforms; and have a growing presence in the developing macro-cell and small-cell market for fibre connectivity. Our product set of Fibre, Wavelengths and Ethernet is bundled to deliver bandwidth solutions for our customers, from euTrade to Cloud Connect, DC Connect and euSpectrum.

    Responsibilities

    Overall Purpose

     

    The role of the Change Management Co-ordinator is to ensure that the Change Management process is followed, ensuring all changes are processed and approved, in order to minimise the impact of change-related incidents upon service quality and consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the organisation. Changes that are implemented must be planned and implemented with the intent of minimising risk and service disruptions

     

     

     

    Main Responsibilities

    • An experienced change coordinator to process all network change requests (Standard and Emergency) taking ownership of changes, providing due diligence on presented changes (conformance to standard) and appropriateness.
    • Change administration, procedural updates and implementation planning
    • Risk, Impact assessment and prioritisation of changes
    • Site access - Managing access requests from internal staff and external vendors to ensure all work is controlled and understood.
    • Generate the metrics and trend analysis – month/year (Network and Change)
    • Post change implementation reviews
    • Prepare documentation for weekly change activity , update change calendar
    • Complete quarterly internal audits as and when required, and provide evidence that processes are being followed
    • Co-ordinate major changes and management of the deployment activities themselve

    Qualifications

    Qualifications/Experience

     

    • Network Operations experience, desired, but not essential
    • Planning & Organising – is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and is comfortable planning and prioritising own workload
    • Accuracy/Attention to detail – is committed to producing accurate work and keeping up to date and clear record
    • Understanding of change management principles
    • Experience of working in NOC environment, desired, but not essential
    • High level of customer focus
    • Team player but must be able to work on own initiative
    • Able to work under pressure and to deadline
    • Positive and approachable
    • Strong PC skills, particularly Excel
    • Good communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
